Who we are
Arndria Seymour is the principal consulting director and also trades under the ArndriaSeymour.Com brand, which was established in October 2010.
Arndria is a commercially oriented senior Human Resources/Organisational Development professional with deep expertise in Organisational Development/Learning & Development strategy development and execution. Arndria has a proven track record in successfully crafting and executing Learning/OD strategy aligned to business goals over the past 30+ years. This experience has been gained in Banking, Financial Services, Financial Planning, Life Insurance, General Insurance and Workers Compensation.
With a passion for technology, Arndria has domestic and international experience in the implementation of enterprise-wide Learning Management Systems and content development, service excellence delivery, quality assurance and project management.
Arndria formally holds a Masters of Commerce (Organisation & Management) UNSW and Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) UWS. Arndria has written articles and presented at many events over the past 15 years.
